Each piece is made to order and developed in close collaboration with you.

Enquiries: All commissions begin via the contact form with as much detail as possible (size, idea, deadline, location, budget).

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to be added on the waiting list, secure your commission and begin work.

Timelines: Lead times vary depending on scale and complexity. Estimated timelines will be provided before confirmation. Once the project has started, I’ll send you regular updates.

Revisions: Minor adjustments can be made during the design stage. Significant changes after approval may incur additional costs.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.

Most pieces are made to order. Please allow between 3 to 12 weeks for your item to be created, depending on current workload and demand.
An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided after your purchase has been confirmed.
If you have a specific deadline, would like to pay in two instalments, or wish to request minor modifications to a piece, please get in touch before placing your order to discuss your requirements.

Quality: Each piece is entirely handmade, so slight variations in tile alignment, design, or surface finish may occur. These are not flaws, but natural characteristics that make every artwork unique.

From time to time, I may have creative ideas to refine the design. If so, I’ll get in touch with you to seek your approval before making any changes

This is an interior art object made of mirrors, not a toy. Please display or hang it securely and keep it out of reach of children and pets.

CUSTOM WORK & cancellations

As all pieces are bespoke, deposits are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, costs for time and materials up to that point will be retained.
Once a piece is completed, cancellations are not accepted.

shipping, delivery & Return

Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on the size of the piece and the destination. Final shipping costs will be provided at checkout.

Shipping rate:

  • Small UK: £10 // EU:£20 // Rest of the world: £30

  • Medium UK: £15 // EU: £30 // Rest of the world: £60

  • Large UK: £30 // EU: £60 // Rest of the world: £90

  • Extra Large UK:£80 // EU: £80 // Rest of the world: £150

Clients are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes (if applicable).
While all work is carefully packaged, responsibility transfers to the client once the piece has been shipped. If applicable customs fees are not paid and the item is returned to me, additional shipping costs will be charged to resend the piece.
You will be contacted by email in advance if any customs fees are due. A tracking number will also be provided once your order has been shipped.

RETURN:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Due to the fragile nature of each piece, they should not be shipped back and fourth to avoid breakage.

Since 2021, I’ve been safely shipping my disco sculptures to collectors around the world. Each piece is handcrafted with care, and I put just as much attention into packaging as I do into creating them.

All sculptures are securely wrapped and packed using protective materials to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Breakages during transit are extremely rare.

Before dispatch, I carefully photograph every piece. This allows me to document its condition and ensure transparency for both you and me.

DAMAGES:

In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of, the outer packaging, the inner packaging and the inner packaging.
This helps me assess the situation properly and find the best solution. Claims without supporting images may not be accepted.

LOST PACKAGE:

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please don’t worry—I’m here to help. These pieces are made with a lot of heart, and it truly matters to me that they reach you safely. I’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Installation (if applicable)

Installation services can be arranged depending on the project.
Site access, safety, and any required permissions are the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise.

The artist retains the right to photograph and document all work for portfolio, website, and promotional use.

For private clients, discretion can be discussed if needed.

For brand projects, usage rights and image licensing will be agreed on a per-project basis.

All collaborations are quoted individually based on scope, scale, and usage.
A deposit is required to begin work.
Timelines, deliverables, and approvals will be agreed in advance.
Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

Each piece is handcrafted and should be handled with care.

The artist is not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including improper handling, installation, or environmental conditions.

Any personal information submitted through the website (such as name, email and phone number) is used solely to respond to enquiries or create the shipping label.
